Future Leaders Committee

The purpose of the Future Leaders Committee is to empower and engage early and mid-career insurance and reinsurance professionals by providing opportunities for professional development, networking and leadership development within the framework of ARIAS·U.S. The goal is to engage in the substantive work of the organization and its committees by addressing the following areas:

1. Professional development: The Committee will identify and cultivate opportunities for learning and skill building through events and programs.
2. Networking: The Committee will hold periodic networking events to support the development of long-term professional relationships among early and mid-career professionals.
3. Leadership: The Committee will assist the current leadership of ARIAS·U.S. by driving change and innovation while also cultivating a pipeline of future leaders who will help the organization progress and thrive into the future.
