Elizabeth is currently a Senior Vice President and holds the role of Chief Underwriting Officer – North America for Transatlantic Reinsurance Company. In her current role, Elizabeth is responsible for a $2B+ premium portfolio; managing underwriting teams in all property and casualty classes including professional liability, accident and health, surety, credit, mortgage, marine, aviation, cyber and entertainment.
Prior to this role, Elizabeth was Global Head of Cyber, responsible for TransRe’s corporate strategy for cyber (re)insurance underwriting and risk across all lines of business. Elizabeth has been with TransRe since 2003 and has held various underwriting roles in property and liability classes of business, and risk management, where as Manager of Underwriting Risk and Risk Governance she helped develop underwriting risk tolerances and create the company’s first Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA).
Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Business Administration and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.
