Eileen Sorabella is the General Counsel for Reinsurance, North America at Arch Capital Services Inc.  Eileen advises Arch Re’s U.S. and Canadian operations on a wide variety of matters, including underwriting, claims, regulatory, compliance, and operational issues.  Eileen also provides legal advice and services to Watford Insurance Company and Watford Specialty Insurance Company, two stand-alone insurance carriers serviced by Arch Underwriters Inc. and focused on writing casualty program business in the US.   Before joining Arch, Eileen was a partner in the New York office of Clyde & Co US LLP, where she focused her practice on the arbitration and litigation of complex insurance and reinsurance disputes.
