Updated Umpire Questionnaire Now Available

The Forms Committee has finished its long-awaited project updating the ARIAS•U.S. Umpire Questionnaire. The Board has approved the form and it is now available in fillable PDF or Word format from the ARIAS•U.S. website. Navigate to the Dispute Resolution Process menu at the top of the Home Page and go to ARIAS•U.S. Forms. https://www.arias-us.org/arias-us-dispute-resolution-process/forms/ There you will find the new Umpire Questionnaire, which is the second form on the list. Click on ARIAS•U.S. Questionnaire – Umpire Selection and choose whether you want to download the fillable PDF or the Word document.
